Hockey has been my passion and main focus ever since the first time I played the game. My goal is to compete at the highest level I can for women’s hockey, but first my goal is to play Division 1 college hockey. I always do the best I can and compete/practice at my best. I am a very coachable player stated by many different coaches and i’m always trying to improve my game. Along with improving myself I spend my time helping out the younger girls in our community. I put in hours of on ice help giving them as much fun as the game gives to me.
Working hard and giving it your all is very important to me not only in hockey but also in my academics. My school work is very important to me. I attend the A honor roll and I carry a 4.0 in my first year of high school. I always aim for the best grade possible and my goal is always an A. Along with playing varsity hockey i’m also on the Varsity Golf team. This past year I competed in the state tournament as an individual.
This past season during my freshman year in high school I competed in my first year of varsity hockey. As a freshman I was the starting center for our team. I also led our team with the most points throughout the year. We finished the season with second place in our section playoffs. I received an All Conference Member spot for my freshman season. Also I was awarded with the St. Cloud Times All-Area Team Honorable Mention for my past season of high school hockey.
