Kendall Hoag '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches! My name is Kendall Hoag and I grew up in a golf family; both of my two older sisters played high school and NCAA DII golf. I started playing golf when I was four years old and have been playing competitively since age seven. My journey began at my family's golf club playing in the Junior PGA League. I loved the competition and the team format. So when I began playing varsity golf as a seventh grader, I fell in love with the competition and the relationships that golf brought me. My short term goal is to finish my high school career as one of the top players in the state and to help my team advance to state for the first time in school history. Long term, my goal is to play on a competitive collegiate golf team and build relationships with my coaches and teammates. I love the game and I am playing as much competitive golf as I can. I am a hard worker and committed to the work it will take to be a leader on a collegiate team on and off the course. I believe what sets me apart is my faith and high standards I have set for myself. I strive to do my best in all areas of my life but I also know that nothing I do or achieve defines me or my worth. This frees me to enjoy the things I do and the people I meet even more than I ever thought I could. I am excited to see where God leads me through my passion for golf.
