Hello Coaches -
I am excited to be part of NCSA and look forward to talking with you. My name is Annemarie and I am Junior at Woodbury HS in Woodbury, MN. I have been around the game of golf my entire life. I would consider my family a golfing family because that is what we do with all of our free time.
My goal is to be a college athlete and play competitive golf. I am confident that I am capable of balancing my education goals and my golf goals during my college experience. Both are really important to me.
I have been playing high school golf since 7th grade and have been playing varsity golf since 8th grade. I consistently place within the top 5 during conference matches. I make it a habit of being the first one to practice and the last one to leave. Since our team is young, I help teach skills, etiquette and the rules of golf.
During the summer I participate in tournaments within the MN Jr. PGA - Players Tour, the MGA and the WMGA. When I am not in a tournament, I practice at improving my skills. Right now I am working hard on distance and consistency.
