Paige Lienhard '23 Recruiting Profile

I, myself am a problem solver.  I believe being a problem solver is a characteristic that is important to obtain as an athlete. When I'm on the field I find ways to better myself and my team. If my team is playing off that game, I work to solve the problem and get my team motivated to keep working for the full 90. If I feel like I could have played better, I self-assess and figure out what I could do differently, whether that's maximizing my physical ability by adjusting my nutrition, finding ways to put in extra fitness, or by simply clearing my mind in order to get more focused.  Apart from on the field, problem solving is just as important off the field. in the classroom I work hard to maintain A's in all of my classes and work to understand the material to the full length. I work to maximize my education in and out of the classroom. I believe my problem solving on and off the field make me a great asset to any team, as I am willing to take time to make corrections to better myself and strive to succeed in helping my team be great on the field and be a great teammate and student off the field.
