Yes, I am a golfer, but that's only one of the many things that I do in my free time. In addition to golf, I play the clarinet in my school's Marching Band, Pit Orchestra, and Advanced Band. Academic wise, I take a variety of high-level and on-level classes. Currently, I'm in 4 honor societies at my school, including the Spanish Honor Society, the History Honor Society, the Music Honor Society, and the National Honor Society. I also hold an leadership position in the History Honor Society, Marching Band, and the UNICEF Club at my school. Outside of school, I am a part of Girl Scouts and have been since kindergarten.
Personally, I consider myself very hardworking and determined. I take challenges head on, and I've never been afraid of a little challenge. As apparent from my wide variety of activities, I'm always open to trying new things. As of right now, I am used to balancing multiple activities at once, so organization and multitasking are my strong suits. I'm also a very friendly person, so I love being with people and interacting with people. This personality trait led me to wanting to major in psychology. I'm really hoping to become a school psychologist becasue I love working with children and helping them be successful.
For my future golf wise, I am really determined to improve my game. Right now, I am shooting average, but I feel like with the right coach and team, I can improve immensely and be a great asset to the team. Like I said before, I'm really hardworking and willing to put in the time and effort to become the best player that I could possibly be.
