- AwardsI am on the Honor Roll. I am also in the Spanish National Honors Society. Aside from academics, I have participated in the First Tee Program since I was seven years old. The program has taught me not only about golf, but important life skills as well. The nine core values were a big component of the program as a whole. Some of the nine core values were honesty, sportsmanship, and confidence. I love that I learned these important values at a young age because it helped me develop into the character I am today. Having grown up in this program, I now have the opportunity to be an assistant coach, and it is the best thing to educate kids on life skills while having a great time playing golf. I love growing the game.
