Leiahnni Smith '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I am 18 years old and I am a junior at Lima Central Catholic High School. My collegiate goals are to earn a degree majoring in Business Administration. I am a team player as well as a leader and contribute to the team goal and also have the ability to thrive individually.  I like to assist people and contribute in making a difference in my community. I struggle in some areas academically but I try my best, to do my best. I am a friendly person and have a strong work ethic . This past season, my senior season, I assisted my team in winning our school’s fourth consecutive D2 state championship. Not only that, I became the first African American in Allen County to receive  a state championship. In the state of Ohio, I am the second African American to achieve this. This accomplishment means a lot to me and I hope to make more accomplishments down the road.
