Golf has been a part of my life for almost 10 years now and I have grown a huge passion for it. I have made so many good friends and memories over the years. I have led my high school team to the state tournament the past two years and hope to do it one more time next year. I have been playing in tournaments since I was 9 years old. Playing in tournaments not only helps my game, but my mindset as well. My dad, Kevin, is the pro at Chillicothe Country Club where I work and practice a lot. I hope I can be a good candidate for the golf team I decide to play for because I feel as though I have a great mindset. I try to help everyone feel included and help them stay positive. I don’t let myself get down too often. I always put grades first and maintain a 3.5-4.0 GPA. I have always been a good student and I plan to keep it that way. Also, I plan to improve my golf game as well. I want to do the same in college and become an even better teammate, athlete, and student.
