Faith Stewart '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches!  My name is Faith Stewart and I started golfing when I was seven.  I took interest in the sport because my dad golfed often.  I was a state championship gymnast until I was nine, but I had to look for another sport due to some injuries.  Competing at an early age taught me the value of hard work.  Right after I quit gymnastics, I immediately transitioned into golfing competitively.  Playing golf for nine years has taught me a lot about patience, integrity, dedication and perseverance.

My academic goal for high school is to increase my 4.3 GPA as I continue to take advanced classes.  Over the years, I have had to overcome relocating twice for my dads job to get to where I am today.  I've been able to transition into the different schools and golf teams and excel in both areas.  My ability to excel under pressure, competing my whole life and dedicating myself in the classroom and on the golf course are characteristics that set me apart from other golfers. I know there is always room for improvement in my golf game and I am excited to represent a school and advance my golf game further throughout college.
