I started playing golf at age 12 and realized how much I love it. I love playing team golf and making new friends, I am not the best golfer but I work very hard to get better, I was cut in my freshman year of High School for the co-ed golf team try-outs. Although it was very disappointing I knew I would work very hard to try out in my sophomore year. My parents taught me that nothing is given and I must work very hard to achieve what I want. I made the Junior Varsity in my sophomore year. There are 35-45 kids who try out for this team a year mostly boys. I am self-motivated and I made the district championships my second year and Second Team all-conference, This is my Junior year and I made the Varsity. I know I want to play College Golf and utilize my skills to help my team win.
