Mackenzie Golf SwingPersonal Statement
I would like to play in college at a competitive level and contribute to a team’s success. I enjoy playing golf and have played since I was 5 years old. I am comfortable on a golf course and want to continue to grow as a golfer.
I also would like to attend a school with strong academics in liberal arts. I attend a boarding school in Pottstown, PA and am focused in the humanitites. I take all honors and AP courses and have straight A's in my junior year. I also have made the Dean's List for all 3 semesters.
I missed last year's highschool and junior golf season due to the COVID-19 outbreak and cancellations. I was fortunate to have a season this spring and I am playing in tournaments over the summer. I was named golf captain for the 2021-2022 season and look forward to taking on that role.
