Carleigh Palmieri '25 Recruiting Profile

At the age of eight my grandparents bought me my first set of clubs and ever since then I have been in love with the sport.  I started off slow and then prepared to really practice for my high school career my eighth grade year.  I go to a small high school in a small county in Pennsylvania, so the diversity in golf teams I compete against is minimal.  A normal match for me looks like myself and three teenage boys.  I have learned how to get along with and respect anyone I am paired with.  This previous year I was team captain and my team's number one player.  This has taught me important leadership skills. I currently work at the Schuykill Country Club golf course and am constantly surrounded by the game and would love to contiune my passionate love for the game of golf into the collegiate level.
