Nicole Yun '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nicole Yun, and I have been playing golf since I was 8 years old and competitively since 12 years old.  I have always loved the sport and would be even more ecstatic to be playing in college.  I have a hard work ethic and would do anything to fix a problem when given corrections.

From my freshman year, I knew I had to be the best I could be to perform well in high school golf.  Simple fundamentals in life translated in the golf world, which made me an overall better person and golfer.  I know I will be a great asset to your college golf team as I am a great motivator to my teammates and love a competitive atmosphere.

I take my academics very seriously as I am currently taking / have taken 5 AP courses and all honors courses.  I have a 100.276 weighted GPA, and I am actively participating in 6 clubs at my school.  I know keeping my grades up should be a significant part of a student athlete life as well as improving my golf game, which are very achievable goals for myself.  With my dedication and great teamwork, I know I will be a great addition to your golf team!
