I am committed to play golf at Florida State University.
I started playing golf when I was 9. Since then I have played for a team during the summer for 4 years. I became interested in the sport when my grandfather introduced his love for it to me. I also thought I should start taking lessons in 5th grade when I was the best golfer at my elementary school. A unique characteristic of myself is that I am a better player when I am determined to win and am striving for certain goals. Determination has definitely helped me get to where I am today by setting goals and overcoming obstacles in my own way.
My golf goals at my high school are to get to state every year. I want to be a top contributor on and off the course for the team. Throughout high school, I want to be able to keep straight A's while continuing to participate in all of the sports I play. I would also like to keep all A's and B's in college.
