My goal is to play on a college golf team.

I am a great candidate to play in college as I am a very experienced player.  I have played golf since I was five years old and competed in over a 100 tournaments from the east coast to the west coast primarily in Texas.  What makes me different is I am a well rounded student with very good grades.  Even though I have been a two sport athlete for the past two years, I have been able to compete with some of the best golfers in Texas.  Unlike many of other players, I have already experienced being burned out on tournament golf and I feel a new excitement now that I am focusing on just one sport.  Additionally, what also sets me apart is I tend to shoot the same scores when conditions are cold, windy and rainy.  Finally, while I would love financial assistance, the school is more important than getting financial assistance.
