Kaysen Turk '19 Recruiting Profile

Golf has been a big part of my life, as I began playing with my dad when I was 7 years old.  I made the varsity team as a freshman, and was All State my sophomore and junior years.  In 2018 I placed third at the TAPPS 1A State Tournament.  Each summer I have also participated in STPGA tournaments and won numerous medals.  I have maintained a 3.9 GPA, as well as developed a musical talent in songwriting.  I can play four instruments, and have been a part of our High School praise team, as well as with our church band.  I have proven my academic dedication by being a member of the National Honor Society throughout high school, and was recently selected to attend the American Legion AMA Girls State program.  I have always set high goals and standards for myself, but one of my best gifts is being an encourager to my team mates and doing my best to motivate those around me. 

I look forward to making a positive impact on a collegiate team and pursuing excellence on the course,  as well as in the classroom.
