Golf Commitment
I am an extremely hard worker in everything I do. I want to be a college golfer because I enjoy the challenge of the sport. I would love to play at the collegiate level to see how more motivated I can get as well as how much I can improve in my game. I also want to be on a team because of the companionship and routine that comes with it. My highschool doesn’t count golf as a sport, and I've had to recruit a few girl non-golfers just so we could have a team at district and I would love to get the team aspect of golf in college.
Outside of Golf
In my free time, I have two jobs which are at McBride's Steakhouse and Rapid Fired Pizza. I also work at Russell's Fireworks in the summer. I volunteer at First Baptist Church Downtown for VBS in the summer, and in the preschool on Sunday mornings. I am involved in Student Leadership University (SLU), which is a faith-based, experiential leadership-training program that empowers, enables, and equips students to rise to the call of leadership and awaken their potential. We travel to Florida, Washington D.C., Europe, and Jerusalem for these programs. I am also a debutante, where I volunteer at various places, provide dog food for animal shelters and food for people in need, raise money through different events for organizations, and become closer to the women in the society. In my senior year, I will make my formal entrance into society.
