Haley Mashburn '17 Recruiting Profile

    I have an outgoing personality, making me very approachable. I tend to make friends easily. I am a supportive team player. I like the camaraderie and the competition on the course. I am eager to learn and very coachable. I am a hard worker. I enjoy the challenge, and I have the drive to improve.  I have played off and on since childhood - my dad made sure I always had clubs. I finally got serious about my game my freshman year, made the varsity team and have played steadily since then. My high school team won our district and our region. I had made the All-Region team. We then proceeded to the state tournament. We have a good chance of going back this season. When not playing with my high school team, I play with my dad and friends. Over the past summer, I played in 5 tournaments with the NTJPGA.  As frustrating as it can be at times, I love the game. Not only do I play golf, I am also on the varsity volleyball team and I mentor the junior high volleyball girls.
