My name is Ava Borne, and I am a 18-year-old senior at Port Neches-Groves High School in Port Neches Texas. I will be graduating high school in the Spring of 2025 and looking forward to attending college in the Fall of 2025. My goals and aspirations for college golf are meeting new people, strive to lower my scores consistently and continue to play and enjoy golf outside of my practices and lessons. I believe what makes me a good candidate for a college golf team is my willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism to improve. What makes me different from other recruits is my ability to have a positive outlook on stressful situations and getting along with everyone.
