Aerica Moya '19 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am a senior in high school I have been playing golf for 3 to 4 years and I have also been in band for 8 years. I am a very committed student with everything I do and I have set goals for myself and my future. Playing golf for a college that gives an outstanding education is one of my goals, so I may succeed even after golf. Golf has been a sport that has been an interest to me for awhile now and since my father got into golf, that pushed me to want to try it out.

My main influence has been my family, they have got me through really tough times for a young kid to deal with, so I am very grateful for them. I have also learned a lot from playing golf, not just learning about the sport but about myself as well. I am a very competitive person so to come and play a sport in high school as a beginner, taught me that I'm not always going to win every time. In conclusion, I would love to take advantage of this great opportunity that has been offered to me and I would be grateful if I had the chance to be a part of the team.
