Camrynn Zufelt '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name Camrynn Zufelt and I'm from Delta, Utah. I am a senior in High School and would love to play golf at a collegiate level!

 I started playing golf competitively my Sophomore year and grew to love the sport! I improved by about 15 strokes in the short time period between my Sophomore and Junior year. My average driving distance is 250 yards. I get lessons from our local golf pro, Casey Fowles, and have improved a ton. I am willing to travel anywhere if it means I get to play golf in college! My average tournament score is 88 for 18 holes. I have just finished my senior year golf season finishing 2nd in my region and 17th at state. I also won Academic All State for golf and recently made the 2nd All State team in Utah! I am willing to put in the time and effort to make my golf game better.

 I am a multi-sport athlete. I am currently the captain of our soccer team, and have been the captain of our golf team as well. I also participated in drill team and was on the cheer team for two years! I was a part of the State Champion marching band team my sophomore year. I have given up cheer and band in order to make golf my number one priority. I take my academics very seriously, I am part of the National Honors Society and was recently awarded Academic All Region for soccer. I currently hold a 3.9 Grade Point Average and I strive to build on it. I will also be graduating from High School with my GenEd certificate from Snow College!
