My name is Celadon Ramsey, from Glen Allen, Virginia. I play on my high school team and I consider myself a competitive, dedicated, (some say addicted) to the game and winning.
Just to tell you a little bit about myself. I am the only female golfer on my school team, and my handicap index is 0.4. I am in honors courses, and will be graduating a year early. I have a strong work ethic, and practice being the best that I can be, especially playing golf. My first full season on the golf team was this year. I took my team to States, after tying for first and coming in 2nd for our regional tournament. Even though, I have played only 1 year for Glen Allen High, I have achieved a lot in local, state and international tournaments.
As a sophomore, I have a GPA of 3.8 and take Night classes to become more advanced. I plan on taking the SAT in March. When not in school I play golf sun or not. I enjoy working out, and spending time with family and friends. I work very hard to ensure that I get my work done. I believe that the more work I do now the more fun I can have later. I am in honors classes and advanced in math. I understand that academics must be done in order to participate in golf.
I plan to compete in the VSGA Women’s Stroke play, IJGT tournaments and to become a better golfer in general. My goal is to get in the 60’s by June and achieve more course management.
