I am a two sport student athlete at the highest level. This July I wrapped up my club volleyball career at nationals and am now enthusiastically committing myself to golf and eager to become a game changer for a top collegiate program.
My handicap improved from 18 to 3.7 since early 2018 and my tournament scores will continue to drop as I enter more national events during my junior year. This August I placed 2nd in the WJGA Seattle District Champions shooting 79, 73 (5800 yds); and won my first JGS tournament shooting 76, 76 – tied for 1st after 36 holes - drove the 300+ yard green on the first playoff hole and sank the winning putt for eagle!!! I followed that up by shooting 78, 78, (5900 yds, 17th place) at the FCT San Diego Junior Amateur and also carded my first hole in one while winning our junior club championship.
For five years I played national level volleyball as the starting right-side hitter on Sudden Impact’s top team (ranked as high as 4th U16 nationally). Playing two sports – although it means I will be a late arrival to the national junior golf scene – has made me the person and teammate I am today.
I’ve managed my time between maintaining a 4.0 at a top college prep school in the northwest; national club volleyball; and high school and tournament golf. What remains most important to me is how hard I work and how I treat others. Among the most meaningful awards and recognitions I've received are "Most Dedicated," "Miss Charlie Hustle," "Hardest Worker,” "Most Improved,” and Team Captain (HS Golf; Club, MS and HS Volleyball)
