Thank you in advance for your interest. But I am no longer actively recruiting. I have verbally committed to a team.
I will be announcement my decision - pending my acceptance into the school.
Thank you and I wish you well in all your recruiting efforts.
Kind regards,
Kylie McGrath
Hello Coaches,
I'd like to introduce myself; my name is Kylie McGrath. I am a 2024 student-athlete at Liberty High School in Renton, WA.
Here are some quick "get to know me" things -
Below is a more robust picture of who I am and what I can offer your team -
I believe I possess many of the strong qualities that make me a solid golf recruit and prepares me well to play competitive golf in college. I am an outstanding student, accomplished junior golfer, leader and philanthropist.
I am interested in attending a university that has very strong academics, encourages its students to take risks and follow their dreams and one that values and promotes diversity and leadership. In addition to strong academics, it would be amazing to attend a school that has a competitive golf program that not only thrives in competition but also fosters teamwork, camaraderie, trust, and confidence in its players.

Who am I -- Academically?
I am scholastically strong boasting a 3.993 GPA. My strongest and favorite subject is mathematics. I'm interested in majoring in Engineering.
I was recently awarded with the "AP Scholar with Distinction" after scoring high marks in all my AP exams.
(AP Scholar with Distinction: Awarded to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams)
Who am I -- Athletically?
I am a seasoned golfer - starting my journey at 7 years old. Began playing competitively when I was 10 years old. And as a Junior in high school, I am (again) serving as my team's co-captain. In 2022 I helped lead my team to the 3A State Championship where we placed 6th overall.

Who am I -- Volunteer/Philanthropist?
I am an active participant/volunteer at the First Tee - Greater Seattle. I have been engaged with the program for the past 10 years. Due to all the positive experiences I have gained from the program, I have sought to give back by helping to raise money through AJGA's Leadership Links. Through the combination of my efforts and generous donations from my community, I have been able to raise over $10,000 over the past several years
Washington Cup
In partnership with the AJGA, I am hosting a golf charity event - the Washington cup. It is a team fundraising event founded in 2023 through a partnership between Sahalee Country Club, The AJGA, The First Tee of Greater Seattle. The Ryder Cup style event will raise money for The AJGA's ACE Grant Program and The First Tee - Greater Seattle.
As a group, we're targeting to raise over $50,000.
The inaugural event will take place this October 7th/8th.
I hope the combination of my strong golf game combined with my academic record and history of giving back to the community makes me a highly sought after 2024 golf recruit.
