I visualize college for myself as a period of time where a tremendous amount of growth relative to my athletic and academic capabilities as will as my disposition will become inevitable. As a student, I have aspirations to attain a business or engineering degree. The mutable challenges golf presents are often unavoidable; for that reason, this game has taught me many things that no other sport has. As a result, these challenges have granted me the opportunity to strengthen my mental toughness on and off the course. While on the course, focusing on what I can do to better the ball is essential. Keeping a one shot focus and concentrating on the present moment rather than the future or the past have played major roles in my athletic success. I have the ability to remain positive and optimistic, even through tough stretches and will unfailingly work towards a common agenda as I am a team player. Habitually, I seek different ways to improve upon my skills, regardless of the circumstances. I consider myself to be extremely observant; consequently, I am aware of the degree of discipline required in order to become a successful student athlete and am willing to put forth nothing short of my utmost effort through the entirety of this process.
