Marly Esteves '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello.

My name is Marly Esteves and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I train at Gold Medal Gymnastics in Chandler, AZ under the guidance of Amanda Borden, who was the captain of the gold medal-winning US team in the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, GA. I have been doing the sport since I was 5 years old and I have been a Level 10 Gymnast for 3 years now. 

 I consider myself to be a very competitive and  and focused athlete. I have a very bubbly personality, on and off the gym, and I consider myself to be an extremely positive and supporting teammate. My other passions include winter snowboarding and water skiing. The skills that I have learned from my gymnastics career I have learned to apply in every aspect of my life, especially in the classroom. 

My goal is to continue my gymnastics career at a Division 1 level school. I know that I can bring my positivity and focus if I am given a chance.
