Isabella Fukuda '27 Recruiting Profile

At the moment, my main goal is to attend college and join a gymnastics team. Academically, I have special interests in investigations, forensics, and criminal justice. I also have interests in how you can learn more about people through psychology, human anatomy and genetics.

In character, I'm a great leader and role model, very supportive and empathetic, and an attentive listener. I'm highly competitive and compassionate, and believe strongly in humanity. 

From a young age, I've dealt with terrible losses and medical trauma. Gymnastics has been the one constant and focus in my life. It is continuously making me stronger and braver. My analytical thinking guides me through my actions and sorting out challenges. I'm learning to overcome fears by learning to be mindful and thoughtful. This has led me to pick up on my teammates' anxieties and mental blocks, allowing me to lend support or space when needed.
