At the moment, my main goal is to attend college and join a gymnastics team. Academically, I have special interests in investigations, forensics, and criminal justice. I also have interests in how you can learn more about people through psychology, human anatomy and genetics. My main interest these days is within the scope of Sports Medicine. I'm hoping to have an opportunity to learn more about this field while I'm still in high school.
In character, I'm a great leader and role model, very supportive and empathetic, and an attentive listener. I'm highly competitive and compassionate, and believe strongly in humanity. My analytical thinking guides me through my actions and sorting out challenges.
From a young age, I've dealt with terrible losses and medical trauma. At the age of 8, I was diagnosed with Familial Mediterranean Fever, a rare genetic auto-inflammatory disorder, which was about a year and a half after I started in gymnastics. In 2023, I lost three of my grandparents within three months. In 2024, I suffered a set back with back and knee injury. Gymnastics has been the one constant and focus in my life. It is continuously making me stronger and braver, and more resilient through life's challenges and hardships.
I'm learning to overcome fears and challenges by learning to be mindful and thoughtful, and listen to my body more and at the same time, see how far this sport takes me.
