Amyah Moore '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Amyah Moore! I am class of 2024 and I am 17 years old. I was born in Texas and lived in Virginia for a while and have spent most of my life in Northern California! 

Something that sets me apart from others is my drive and passion for the sport of gymnastics. I started when I was 5 years old and I am approaching my 13 years of gymnastics. This sport is a rollercoaster and has matured me a lot. I have had multiple injuries/surgeries and have pushed through each one and become stronger. Although I have had these mental and physical setbacks, my passion for gymnastics still remains the same. Another thing that sets me apart is my leadership. I have helped not only myself but my teammates and younger teammates overcome their struggles. I go to Champion gymnastics in Stockton CA, and I am currently 1 of 3 team captains! I love seeing myself grow and improve as well as seeing the same for others!
