Gymnastics has been a huge part of my life for so long. It has helped me make many new friends, be able to make amazing memories, and experience a plethora of great opportunities. However, the most important thing that gymnastics has given me is many valuable life lessons that I know I will be able to use in life later on down the road. I have an unmatched amount of gratitude for this sport and towards my coaches.
I started gymnastics when I was 4 but I actually left when I was 6. However, I knew I couldn't stay away from the sport I love most, and I came back when I was 9. Although I have only been doing competitive gymnastics for 6 years, my passion and drive for the sport have led me to where I am today and I plan to continue working hard in order to reach my ultimate goal of college gymnastics. My hard work goes beyond gymnastics. In everything that I do, I make sure to put forth my best effort. Some may call me an over-achiever but I take it as a compliment. I have worked hard in school and made sure that I have maintained a 3.5+ GPA
I believe that I can have a positive impact on any team. I love cheering my teammates on and cheering them up when I see that they might be in a bad mood. I take constructive criticism well and am open to any corrections because I know that they can benefit my gymnastics.
I am open to any college that will provide an enjoyable experience for me. I would also like to be a part of a college team that has a strong bond and connection because it's a very important quality to having a successful gymnastics career.
