Hi my name is Nichole Pagano. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 4 years old. I train as a level 10 at Parkettes. I'm a bars and vault event specialist because I had spondylolisthesis when I was 10 years old competing at level 7. My back is fully cleared and not injured anymore, but to prevent further injuries I decided to become a bars and vault event specialist. One activity that I do on the side to increase my strength and condition is Crossfit. I would really love to continue gymnastics at the collegiate level and be able to compete as a team in front of a large crowd and be able to contribute to the team,
