2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I’m a 4th year level 10 gymnast and a Carolina girl. I enjoy hunting, fishing and riding four-wheelers. I would like to attend a college close to home, but I am in continued prayer about it and keeping my options open to all opportunities. My family is the largest supporter of my gymnastics career. I am committed to this sport, and it has become the largest part of my life. I drive 2 hours a day to the gym, and after practice, I coach. The gym has become my second home and my teammates my second family. I take every opportunity to motivate, encourage or just be a listening ear to each one of my teammates.
I am high-spirited and hardworking in the gym, at school and around the house. I set goals, push myself and I'm not easily discouraged, injured or broken. I give 110% in most everything I do, whether it be church activities, keeping my room clean or keeping my boyfriend for the past 2 years, ha! I am already preparing him for a long-distance relationship and looking forward to college gymnastics.

- This was the first Clinic EVER. It was pretty amazing... wish I had a t-shirt to mark the day!!! I was nervous. I have prayed (since I was 8 years old) that Clemson would have a gymnastics program by the time I would be attending college. This truly felt like answered prayer.
