Serena Klarich '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Serena Klarich and I am part of the class of 2024 at Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas. Additionally, I am a 2nd year Level 10 gymnast at Texas Dreams Gymnastics in Coppell, Texas. It has always been a goal of mine to compete at the NCAA level in gymnastics.

I am currently training all four events in gymnastics. Some of my highest accomplishments are being a 2022 Level 10 Region 3 Qualifier, placing 3rd on beam at the 2022 Level 10 Texas State Championships, and being a 2021 Western Qualifier, (placing 2nd on vault). My current coaches are Jason Powell on vault and bars, and Ariana Guerra on beam and floor. In addition to gymnastics, I am also a dedicated student. I currently have a 4.86 weighted GPA and a 3.86 non-weighted GPA, while also being a member of the National Honor Society. I enjoy being an active volunteer in my church and serve on the Student Leadership team.

Something that I am looking for in a school is that I can be part of a team where I am valued and have a chance to compete. The educational atmosphere is also very important. I want to be somewhere where I will be challenged, while studying in fields of interest to me. My end goal is to leave an impact on whichever school I choose to attend.
