2022 Highlights Personal Statement
Gymnastics is my first love, discovering it at the tender age of 4 provided a hobby that transformed into a passion. But like love sometimes it breaks your heart and makes you want to quit cause you don’t feel worthy enough. Through multiple coaches, injuries, watching my peers advance and a few last places over the years I persevered. My self determination, resilience and hard work have paid off! I believe I am ready and capable to compete at a collegiate level. I am adaptable, capable of learning new skills quickly and with precision. I want to continue to soar through the air, learning and challenging myself along the way.
When I am not practicing , I am honing my other favorite skill baking healthy snacks, cookies and cupcakes for my teammates and family. I am an enthusiastic team player who brings a positive attitude and competitive spirit to your collegiate gymnastics team.
