Taylor Jeffrey '22 Recruiting Profile

One of my lifelong goals has been to attain a great education and play on the varsity hockey team for the school. I would be a great student for your school because I take school very seriously and I have been on the honor role since middle school and am always striving for better grades. I excel in sciences and math and hope to work in these fields when I am finished College. I would be an excellent player on your team because I always strive to be better in practices and in games as well as during off ice workouts and I enjoy challenging myself to be my best. I work hard for my team and have a team first mentality. I have made many lifelong friendships with my teammates from previous teams and look forward to meeting new friends. I am a very positive person and a supportive friend/teammate on and off the ice. I have been told by many coaches that the puck “seems to follow me around” and that I have a “nose for the net”. They have also told me that I am one of the most coachable players they have ever coached. I am a leader on and off the ice and enjoy taking leadership roles on my previous teams as a Captain and through my work ethic.

I embrace an active lifestyle and enjoy going to the gym and every opportunity to jump on the ice. I have been a multi-sport athlete my entire life having played at the provincial level for both hockey and soccer for the past several years.

I am very focused on attending College and continuing my hockey career as a varsity hockey player. I will work extremely hard to accomplish my academic and athletic goals.
