Hi, my name is Sara Comiskey and I am 17 years old from Wilton, CT. I have played hockey for over 10 years and love the sport. I have played club hockey for those ten years and am in my second at The Taft School in Watertown, CT (previously #34, now #16). I am excited about the opportunity to explore different colleges and universities to find the right fit for me, and can not wait to start this new chapter. I am an extremely dedicated and adaptable player who always seeks to improve by getting feedback and pushing myself in practices and games. I play all forward positions but typically play center with the Boston Shamrocks and right/left wing with Taft. Outside of hockey, I dedicate much time to my extracurricular activities. I greatly enjoy volunteering and have spent over 30 hours recently working at a homeless shelter, and over 140 hours at a camp for kids with Down Syndrome, and I am thrilled to continue doing this. Lastly, I am a multi-sport athlete at Taft. Last year I started playing lacrosse in the spring for the JV team, and two summers ago I started working on field hockey and also played on the JV team as the captain during the fall for my second year. While hockey has always been my top priority, I am excited to add two new sports to my plate to help me get stronger in different areas.
