Sophia Most '28 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sophia Most, I have been playing hockey since I was 7 years old. I started playing boys house for 3 years for the Kankakee Coyotes. I then switched clubs to the AA St. Jude Knights all girls team. I played 3 years at St. Jude. I then played 1 year at Tier 1 club Team Illinois.  I played for  Central Glory the summer of 2024. I am currently playing for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals. I am a freshman and will graduate from Manteno High School in May of 2028. I would love an opportunity to play hockey in college. I would like to study to be an Athletic Trainer and possibly nursing. I would love to also be a hockey coach and possibly a goalie coach. I am also a Track and Field athlete. I throw shot put and disc. I believe having a good attitude is a must and will allow me to have more opportunities in the future. Outside of hockey enjoy playing with my 2 dogs, learning to cook, and playing pickleball. I enjoy traveling all over the country for hockey.
