As a dedicated hockey player, I am committed to maximizing every opportunity to expand my knowledge and understanding of the game. While our team may not have designated captains, I consistently strive to lead by example both on and off the ice, earning the respect of my teammates and coaches.
I approach each moment in the classroom, in the weight room, and on the ice as a chance to progress towards my ultimate goal of playing Division 1 hockey. I understand the importance of continuous growth and learning, and I am constantly trying to improve.
Looking ahead to my freshman year, I am looking forward to participating in Future Business Leaders of America and the Best Buddies program. These opportunities will not only enhance my leadership skills but also allow me to foster meaningful friendships and provide mentorship to individuals with learning disabilities.
With a strong dedication to learning, leadership, and personal growth, I am excited to begin this journey and make the most of every opportunity that comes my way.
