I hope to play hockey at a collegiate level for the athletic and academic opportunities. I love playing hockey because it's so unique from other sports and it requires both physical and mental toughness. I also love being a part of a team because it creates a bond like a family, everyone has a role to play and everyone has to be a leader in some way. I consider myself a good teammate because I'm very outgoing and I'm a natural leader. I thrive when I push myself and I'm a hard worker. I always try to have an active role in my community both at school and at home. I hope to work on my strength and conditioning and my skills as a goalie in the coming year. I also enjoy martial arts and snowboarding in the off season.
