I know a girl from New Mexico playing hockey seems odd, but my passion and love for hockey is intense. I've been playing hockey since I was 7 years old on both girls and boys teams. I love being a leader and involved whether it's on or off the ice. I consider center as "my position" but will play wing or defence if my team needs me. Over the years all of my coaches have told me that I am very coachable with a good hockey sense and I play knowing that there is no 'I' in team. On my Bantam A team my coach chose me to be a rotational captain, and on my girls MSGHL team I was a captain for both the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 years. My major goal is to play college hockey at the highest level possible and get a degree in Environmental Science. My family recently moved to Michigan so I can be totally focused on hockey and school and to support me in my endeavors.
