As college is right around the corner for me, I have been focused on school and my future. Academics are an important part of my life as it is a pathway to my future. I go to a private school that has supported my aspirations and help build me into a student-athlete that is capable of many things. I am planning to major in biology or animal science. After completing a bachelor's degree, I want to focus on veterinarian school. My goal is to play at the college level while earning a degree in something I am passionate about. I am a person that is very ambitious and isn't afraid to put in extra work to be successful. Apart from that, I am mentally strong and capable of being in stressful situations, whether it be during a game or balancing school and sports. Being a good athlete is important to a team, as well as being a well-rounded person. I've learned that presenting your full character to a team helps in being successful. As a goalie, I know that I am able to add more to a team. I am able to view the game differently and able to quickly recover when the team is down. I have learned to communicate with my team especially in ways that build each other up.
