Varsity Goal agai...Personal Statement
I have been inspired to play hockey from a professional pleaser. His name is Brent Burns, #8 for the MN Wild, currently #88 for the Sharks. He took me on the ice and taught me how to skate. Ever since then I have been skating and playing hockey. What makes me different from the other players is that I love to learn new things and try them out. I am very trainable and able to be flexible to where I play. I have experience in all positions and love to play each and every one. These reasons are why you should take a look at me. - CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics, and weight lifting. It is a high intensity workout that is not only physically demanding but mentally demanding too. CrossFit taught me how to properly take care of my body and make sure I am healthy.
