I started hockey when I was 3 years old. I started because my older brother and my dad played. My dad is a huge influence in my hockey career, he has helped me through everything and always been there for me when I got down on myself.
Hockey has taught me about teamwork and leadership. Hockey is a sport that when you don’t play as a team, you don’t do well. I have learned to accept everyone with kindness and be nice to everyone because if you don’t, bad thing will happen while you are playing. I have always tryed my best to be that leader of the team and make sure that no one is left out.
