Hockey wasn’t always something I wanted to pursue in college, but I’ve been skating for 10 years, playing hockey 9 of them, and not only consider it a huge part of my life, but a part of my identity too. I’ve played for various teams in lots of different places including Alaska, Virginia, and here, New Hampshire.
Playing sports with / against boys all of my life (specifically / mostly hockey) has led me to be an avid skater and a force on the ice. I'm serious about this sport and have a confident attitude towards the game, but can still ask what I can do to improve. I use this to be a coachable center / wing with a strong hockey IQ. I’m also able to build team chemistry and get along with teammates while pushing them as well.
