I excel in the classroom and out of the classroom. I strive to be as coachable as can be and to be a good teammate. I have good sportsmanship in the game I love very much. My goals are to excel in my grades and to make it to a college level in woman's ice hockey. When I was about 5 years old my dad gave me one of his old street hockey stick after he gave it to me i was determined to play hockey. My family and I eventually moved to Pendleton Oregon. After I found out they had a hockey team ( december- february was the season ) I was ecstatic . My parents decided to sign me and my sister I was so excited to join. After the first practice I was hooked I could not stop talking about it according to my mom. A year later my sister decided to quit sadly. A couple years later my parents signed me up for girls club in Tri cities. After going a couple of times my parents saw how much I improved and how serious I was getting. The next season my parents signed me up for JR Americans I was so happy. After the first practice I was so happy and had made a lot of friends and they were so welcoming I was so happy. I am so thankful to my mom for driving me to another state for practice 3 times a week. Without my dad and my mom I would have never gotten to meet the awesome coaches that taught me a lot and the friends I have made. Without my parents I would have never made it to where I am now and I am forever thankful for my parents encouraging me.
