Kayden Dolan '26 Recruiting Profile

Unlike my peers, I haven't played hockey all my life. In fact, I've only been playing since September 2022. I'd argue this shows how dedicated I am to be able to adapt to my sport faster than most players have to. I dream of continuing to grow in my position and playing at a collegiate level.

I started learning how to play hockey in a Hockey 101 program, then advanced to a city Recreational League. There, I was noticed by the girls' hockey team. In less than a year, I became a goalie on an official 16U AA team in the SGHL. Not only did I share game time equally with my goalie partner, but I also helped my team place second in the league.

I work hard in every aspect of my life. I'm naturally curious and love to learn. I care deeply about my academics and grades, and I am passionate about truly understanding the subjects I study. My goal is to bring these desires and skills to a college where I can be challenged and grow, both on and off the ice.
