*For the coming year, I will be taking a post-grad year and playing with the Middlesex Bears. This is a tier 1 team located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts.*
I started playing sports as young as kindergarten and then began playing hockey at 9 years old. I played soccer, basketball, golf, and tennis. I also played lacrosse and was on the swim and dive team for a year. I have always had a passion for the game and wish to continue to play in college. My collegiate goals and aspirations are to go down the pre-PA track or go into a health science major while attending a school with competitive college hockey. Some of my accomplishments include: I was selected for the honors program at Yorktown High School during my freshman year and I have taken 5+ honors classes and 3 AP classes. During the summer, I work at Smith Mountain Lake State Park as a lifeguard and when I'm not working I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also volunteered at ASPAN and Doorways for Women and Families this year. I feel I would be a good candidate for your team by bringing high hockey IQ, a very competitive attitude, a coachable player, and a motivated team player.
