My name is Caroline Thompson and I have been playing hockey since I was four years old. I am 16 years old and I am a student-athlete who attends the Mount Academy. The Mount is a university preparatory school located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. I am a defenseman on the Mount U18 female team in the Junior Women's Hockey League (JWHL).
My goal has always been to play college hockey and I have been working very hard to achieve this goal. I am a top student at the Mount Academy with a 95% average and I am committed to maintain that balance between academics and athletics. Coaches have described me as a player who works hard and never gives up on a play. I feel I understand the game of hockey as I understand further instructions and game plans presented by the coaching staff.
