I love hockey and I want to do everything that I can to keep playing and keep improving.
I started playing October 2020, in that time I went from barely being able to even skate, to being one of two girls on my upper level co-ed checking team. Odds have been against me with my size and age but no matter how many times I have/and will fail, I know that hockey is a mind sport and attitude is everything. I missed out on playing hockey as a child, however, I have a chance now to get good at it, and want to make up for lost time on the ice by continuing to play in college. I haven't been playing long, but I don't think time means anything if one is willing to try.
I’ve just finished my freshman year of college at Maryville University in St. louis and played on the ACHA D2 women’s team as a first line left wing. Now that I have more experience and college (travel) games under my belt, I’m looking for a team closer to home (SC).
