My name is Madison Harris, I am bilingual, Spanish and English. My collegiate goals are to play lacrosse at the collegiate level and get a great education. I am a very ATHLETIC, COMPETITIVE, INTELLIGENT, STRONG, FAST and COACHABLE athlete (5.08 40 Yard Dash, WNT Tryout April 2016). I have enjoyed playing many sports and activities while growing up. I have competed in my passions karate, football and Lacrosse. However, Lacrosse has become my one and only passion! In 2014, I transitioned to Lacrosse because I aspired to play a sport in College. As a freshman, Chaparral High School, I started at attack on our Varsity team and we are undefeated. In addition, I was selected to the Arizona 2016 Women’s National Team. I love sharing my passion of lacrosse as a volunteer coach for the Desert Stix girl’s lacrosse club, ages 8-10, which includes my three younger sisters (Raquel 7, Eva 8 and Sara 10).
In karate, I mainly competed with all boys. In 2009-2010 at age 10, training Karate after just one year, I won several tournaments and I was qualified to compete at National Black Belt Tournament and won 2nd place.

In football, I played quarterback from age of 9 to 15. I lead an all-boys team to two local championships. Competing in karate and playing on an all-boys team as a quarterback has helped me learn to be a great leader on an off the field.

On the Lacrosse field, I am fast, aggressive, play at the highest level while being calm and collected. I am able to read the field clearly while in transition and setting up a plays. These sports enabled and developed great hand – eye coordination skills and agility. They have taught me how to train, condition, and become a Complete Athlete! My greatest attributes as a player are being coachable, competitive, and an unwavering commitment to improve my game. I love the camaraderie of my team and I am a great teammate.
My high school coach, Jessica Livingston Barden, was an All-American Lacrosse Player at Sweet Briar College in Virginia, she believes I have strong potential and the athletic skills for Division 1 women’s lacrosse. I look forward to playing with yours!
