Brooklyn Price '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! my name is Brooklyn Price,  I have been playing lacrosse for 10 years. I have always had a passion for this sport. Every time I pick up my stick, I am excited to play lacrosse.  For me, lacrosse is many things:   a place where I have met most of my best friends; a place where I can strive to be my best and hopefully showcase my  athletic and strategic abilities; a place where I can have fun, and a place where my teammates and I have enjoyed great success. I rarely, if ever, miss practice, games, or clinics, as I love every aspect of the sport and always want to be there for my teammates and coaches. I also love music and always show up with a speaker in my hand! I have had the opportunity to be the team's unofficial DJ, and I always have a new playlist ready for practice! We play better when we're having fun! I was grateful to play on Varsity as a freshman at my high school and make second-team all-league my Sophomore year. Even though I have always played midfield, my team and coach needed me to play defense, which I was happy to do, enjoyed, and excelled. As a sophomore, it was great to be a starter on the Varsity team and learn from our upperclassmen about what the game meant to them, how hard they worked, and how work ethic matters. I love lacrosse with all of my heart and want to spread my love for the sport to anyone that wants to hear it. I can't wait to see what this season holds for me, and I would love the opportunity to take my skills to the next level! Thank you for your consideration.
